Montgomery County, PA, Coroner Dr. Walter Hofman served as an autopsies expert witness in the case against Melissa Haskell, charged with the death of five month old Ryan Baurley in 1992. The expert said the 20 year old autopsy missed signs that the death was a homicide and not due to SIDS.
