Antitrust Expert Witness & AT&T Case

The US Department of Justice has blocked AT&T from taking over Deutsche Telekom AG’s T-Mobile USA. Antitrust law expert witness and Howard University law professor Andy Gavil testified before Congress saying, “Having read the complaint, I don’t see a basis for a negotiated settlement.”
